The Mission of the New Oxford Municipal Authority, (NOMA) is to provide the best product, water and wastewater services, to our community and service area at the most effective and least cost to our customer base, keeping in mind and taking into account the long term needs of timely maintaining and replacing our capital infrastructure.

Current Projects

Columbia Gas’ contractor, HydromaxUSA, is in Oxford Township televising sanitary and storm lines, looking for natural gas cross bores starting December 6th, 2024.  A natural gas cross bore is an inadvertent intersection of a gas line and either a sanitary or storm line.  The inspection is part of a statewide safety program.  Most of the time, customers do not need to be involved.  If a gas cross bore is found, there is no cost to the customer for remediation.  For more information on cross bores, visit columbiagaspa.com/safety/natural-gas-safety/sewer-line-safety or email cpacrossbore@nisource.com.  If you believe you have a cross bore, call 1-888-460-4332.
